.. as in gone to the publishers, subject to tweaks from my beta readers. It's quite nerve-wracking. I'd say it's like giving birth but I've never done that, thank goodness.
So the story of the friend turned diabolical monster is going to get out there and I hope it saves someone else from my miserable fate. I still wonder how I didn't know how awful narcissists are, especially the malignant kind (trust me to get the high grade one...). A lot of people I've spoken to in a tedious "wanna read my book?" manner worthy of an MLM star seem to be aware of the red flags. I must have been behind the door when that knowledge was given out.
